How we work

We value clear and transparent communication, so we provide a project proposal and our terms and conditions up front to help projects – and relationships - run smoothly once work begins. These terms and conditions apply to all dealings between you (the client) and us (TM&Company Ltd).

Starting the Project

Please note that while a single initial briefing takes place in advance of the project, work only commences on receipt of a purchase order. If you ask us to start work on a project, that signals the acceptance of our proposal.

You should nominate one person in your organisation who will be our main contact and who has the appropriate authority to instruct us.

Dates outlined in the proposal will be held as ‘optioned dates’ for two weeks from the date of the proposal, but will remain unconfirmed until the proposal has been signed off.

We will only use or disclose information you designate as confidential as may be necessary in the performance of services.   We may use or disclose information which is published by you, or which has become public knowledge otherwise than through us, or which we are required to disclose it by a court order or under a statutory obligation.

Project Scope

Our aim in our proposal is to respond accurately to your business requirements.  We will be an active partner towards the desired project outcome, but those achievements will also require commitment from you.  We cannot guarantee particular results, although we can assure you of our commitment to successful completion of our project offer.

We will provide the services you request in accordance with our written proposal document and/or email correspondence between us.  The extent and detailed work to be undertaken may be varied by agreement between us as the project proceeds.

Any changes to the project scope or timetable may affect the fees. If this happens, we will tell you immediately and we will not proceed until you approve the changes in writing.

A project proposal that has been accepted by you is referred to in the terms as a “Project”, and the terms of the agreed proposal and these terms are together referred to as the “Project Agreement”.


We may propose the use of Associates if we think it is appropriate to your Project or a particular Project element.  We will take account of the skill, time, cost and quality requirements of your Project in proposing the use of Associates.  You may of course require that direct confidentiality obligations are undertaken to you by Associates that we propose for your Project.
